EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (July 24, 2023) – The White Home Initiative (WHI) on Traditionally Black Schools and Universities (HBCUs) has chosen North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State College college students Kaiyah Brown and Victoria Lanier as 2023 HBCU Competitiveness Students.

Brown and Lanier – who will function ambassadors for each WHI and N.C.
